STARDOM is in development. Support is deliberately small while the world is still being built.
Something is broken
If you are on a development build, tell us the build id shown on the download page along with what you were doing. Builds change often, and the build id is what makes a report reproducible.
Account and progress
Development worlds are reset when the build moves forward. Progress made on a development build is not carried into later ones, and is not meant to be.

A public support channel opens with the first playtest. Until then, requests go through the people who invited you to test.
